Renting the Wellswood Civic Center
Regarding COVID 19: Wellswood Civic Center is closely following the local and state guidelines as they are issued regarding the hosting of events in our hall. We will keep in touch with all impacted rental parties as new regulations are updated.

Pricing for Hall Rental (Friday-Sunday) ***Please call for pricing for weekday events.
- Small Hall rental (with kitchen), Max Capacity 1-50: $600*
- Large Hall rental (w/o kitchen), Max Capacity 1-100: $600*
- Whole Hall rental, Max Capacity1-150: $850* (required for Saturday rentals)
If you are a resident and member of the WCA you qualify for a discount off any rental of the Wellswood Civic Center!

Are tables and chairs included in the rental?
Yes, we have 8 foot and 6 foot rectangular tables and black metal padded chairs for your use during your rental.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, or you can have your event catered.
Can I serve alcohol?
Yes, you are liable for any damage caused by your guests so be sure to party safely!
How long can I have the hall for my rental?
The contract is for 8 hours, with the ability to purchase additional time if needed
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, that is $300 for either the small or the large hall and $400 for the entire hall. This is due on the day of your party.
Is there wifi available?
