Weekend Hall Rental Rates (Friday–Sunday)

If you are a resident and member of the WCA you qualify for a discount off any rental of the Wellswood Civic Center!
- Small Hall (with kitchen) – Max Capacity: 1–50 | $600*
- Large Hall (without kitchen) – Max Capacity: 1–100 | $600*
- Whole Hall – Max Capacity: 1–150 | $850* (Required for Saturday rentals)

Rental Hall Questions & Answers
Are tables and chairs included in the rental?
Yes, we have 8 foot and 6 foot rectangular tables and black metal padded chairs for your use during your rental.
Do you have round tables?
Yes, we 60'inch round (fits about 8 people per table) for an additional fee. Please ask the rental agent for additional details.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, or you can have your event catered.
Can I serve alcohol?
Yes, Alcohol is allowed. Renters are responsible for their guests and any damages. Please consume responsibly.
How long can I have the hall for my rental?
The contract is for 8 hours, with the ability to purchase additional time if needed. *Sunday rentals must end by 10pm.
Is there a Security damage deposit?
Yes, that is $300 for either the small or the large hall and $400 for the entire hall. This is due on the day of your party.
Is there wifi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available for guests.
